Inntel Hotel, Zaandam: A History of Dutch Domestic Architecture in One Building, Designed by Wilfried van Winden

The hotel's exterior refers to seventy different types of Zaanse architecture.  All of the facades are painted in traditional green, except for a single blue facade, which is a reference to Monet's painting of Zaandam, the 1871 Blue House.
A giant cookie in the ceiling!  The building used to be a cookie factory.
